How do I make changes to my order?
Please email us as soon as possible at info@softplaykingdom.com. We generally cannot make changes to your order after 24 hours from purchase. If your order has already been shipped, you may return or exchange the items you do not wish to keep.

I have only received one item from my order, where is the rest?
Some items may be shipped separately due to size and logistics. Occasionally these are split up on route, and may arrive on different days. If you receive part of your shipment but not all, please don't worry as the rest will be arriving very soon.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notification via email once your order ships. This email with contain your tracking number(s) and link to tracking website.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations may be possible if you reach us within an hour of your order being placed. If your order has already been processed, produced or shipped, a cancellation will not be possible.
Should your cancellation request be approved, a 3% cancellation charge will be applicable to cover payment processing fees.
Is my information and payment method secure?
We accept debit or credit card payments, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express through our trusted and encrypted payment processor. You can also pay via PayPal, Clearpay, Klarna or Shop Pay. Your payment information is only used for the transaction in question and not stored.
