    Shipping takes way too long.
    25 days later, no product.

    Hi Keyanna, thank you for your order and feedback. My sincere apologies that you have not yet received your order. I've had a look on our system and can see you are located in Canada, our shipping to this region is approximately 2-4 weeks. I see that the package actually arrived in Canada weeks ago but looks to be stuck at customs. Please rest assured that we would never leave a customer without their product, and in these situations would always re-ship it.
